Hi all,

Hope that you are all looking forward to the Sheffield tournament at the weekend.  Just as a reminder here are the key points for the two days.  In the document section of TeamApp we have also added the Sheffield Tournament schedule, fixtures and code of conduct, so please take a look there for more details.

Our first fixture of the weekend is Saturday at 9.12am.  Please could you aim to be at Ice Sheffield for between 8-8.15am to allow for time for a short warm-up and pre-game preparation. We will find out which changing room we will be assigned for the weekend once we get to Sheffield, so this will be shared here to make sure everyone is aware where to go.

The team must be available for a team photograph, in full kit (except skates) at 11:35 on Saturday, so we will need all of the players to meet back at our changing room at 11:20.

Competition Rules:

The full competition rules are included in the document section in TeamApp. However, below are a few key items:

Games are 24 minute running clock.

There is no icing in any game.

Any minor penalty will result in an automatic penalty shot being awarded.

Win = 2pts, Tie = 1pt, Loss = 0pts.

The tournament winner will be decided by a final between the two teams in their group with the most points.

Game shirts:

Please can everyone ensure that they bring both home and away shirts as we will be required to play in both over the course of the weekend. Please also remember water bottles.
